About the Eskom Graduate Programme
The Eskom Graduate in Training Programme Management opportunity provides graduates with exposure to the workplace through a combination of institutionalised training and on-the-job training.
Successful candidates will gain practical workplace experience while developing professional, interpersonal and programme management-related skills within Eskom.
A total of 5 positions are available.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must have no previous work experience.
- Must have completed a relevant qualification at NQF Level 7.
- Qualification must have 360 credits.
- Relevant qualifications include:
- B Degree in Project Management.
- B Degree in Risk Management.
- B Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- B Degree/B Tech/Advanced Diploma in a relevant Technical field.
