Minimum Requirements

Data Capturer Duties
The successful candidate will assist with capturing, checking, updating and maintaining information and records.
Key duties include:
- Capturing information from records into databases, tables and spreadsheets.
- Checking captured information for errors and missing data.
- Reviewing and validating information in records and files.
- Updating registers and statistics.
- Maintaining records and files.
- Sorting and securely maintaining files.
- Making backups of captured data.
- Providing information to relevant components.
- Making data sources and files available to verification personnel.
- Collecting and distributing correspondence and files.
- Sending and receiving emails when required.
- Reporting IT problems to the supervisor.
- Providing administrative support to the Judiciary, Court Manager and supervisor.
- Maintaining case records and court documents awaiting data capturing.
- Opening files when required.
- Sorting and distributing incoming data for capturing.
- Attending to relevant queries and providing administrative support.
