MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent qualification recognised by SAQA.
• Basic computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel and databases.
• Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures.
• Basic understanding of data capturing, record keeping and records management.
• Ability to work accurately with numerical information.
• Good communication, teamwork, planning and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) reporting requirements will be an added advantage.

• Capture, update and maintain data accurately.
• Verify information and perform data quality control.
• Provide EPWP data capturing and compliance support.
• Maintain records and ensure information is organised and accessible.
• Assist with general administrative duties.
• Support reporting requirements and ensure records are ready for auditing.
