Job Overview

BMW Group South Africa is inviting applications for its YES4Youth Student Programme 2027.

The programme is designed to address youth unemployment by providing young South Africans with valuable workplace experience, professional development and practical exposure to a leading automotive and manufacturing environment.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Must be between 18 and 34 years old.
Must be currently unemployed.
Must have completed a relevant qualification in one of the advertised fields.
Must not have previously participated in a YES4Youth programme.
Must demonstrate willingness to learn and develop professional skills.

Engineering and Technical Disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Metallurgical and Quality Engineering.
Automotive and Electrical Trades: Motor Mechanic and Transportation Electrician.
Supply Chain and Logistics: Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management and Operations Management.
Information Technology: IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Development, Web Development and IT Infrastructure.
Data Science and Analytics: Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics and Mathematics.
Human Resources: Human Resource Management and Industrial Psychology.
Marketing and Communications: Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media Studies and Journalism.
Product Management and Digital Design: Product Management, UX Design, UI Design, Graphic Design and Front-End Development.
Risk Management, Insurance and Law: Risk Management, Insurance, LLB and BCom Law.
Occupational Health and Safety: Safety Management and Occupational Health and Safety.
