Job Overview

South African Airways Technical (SAAT) is inviting applications for eight Admin Controller positions under its Technical Peak Season Pool.

The successful candidates will provide administrative support to the Operations Department, assisting managers and employees with office administration, data capturing, technical documentation and general departmental coordination.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
• Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge of MIS and SAP systems.
• Basic financial skills.
• Good typing and telephone etiquette.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

The appointed candidates will be responsible for:

• Performing general office administration duties.
• Capturing data and updating technical documentation.
• Managing stationery requisitions and staff administration.
• Arranging travel for managers and employees.
• Monitoring departmental training requirements and schedules.
• Preparing meeting minutes, statistical graphs and reports.
• Investigating and resolving weekly budget discrepancies.
• Organising and coordinating departmental meetings.
• Providing general administrative support to management and staff.
