Job Overview

The Clerk will be responsible for performing general administrative and related duties within the department. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performing general office administration and related duties.
  • Maintaining and updating files, data, records and administrative systems.

  • Providing relief and administrative support to colleagues when necessary.
  • Performing fleet-related administrative duties.
  • Managing and coordinating duties relating to sales drivers and cleaning staff.
  • Managing quotes and ensuring payments are processed timeously.
  • Assisting teams with POS deliveries and collections.
  • Managing stock requests and collections.
  • Coordinating internal and external boardroom bookings.
  • Capturing and submitting overtime information.
  • Compiling and maintaining team-related data.
  • Planning and coordinating meetings, including handling high volumes of meeting-related activities.
  • Performing other administrative duties required by the department.
