Momentum Metropolitan Holdings (MMH) is inviting suitably qualified graduates to apply for the MDS Graduate position in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.

The 12-month graduate programme is designed to give graduates practical exposure to the day-to-day operations of Momentum Distribution Services (MDS). Successful candidates will work with Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) and gain experience in areas including client engagement, sales support, product knowledge and relationship management.

About the Graduate Programme

The MDS Graduate Programme provides graduates with an opportunity to develop workplace skills while gaining exposure to the financial services industry.

Graduates will be allocated a panel of Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) and will be responsible for supporting the marketing of Risk, Savings, Health and Employee Benefits products.

The programme aims to develop graduates’ ability to build professional relationships, engage with stakeholders and use product, market and sales intelligence effectively.

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• A minimum BCom degree in one of the following fields:
  • Business Management
  • Marketing
  • Communications
  • Finance
  • Legal
• No prior industry experience is required.
• Digital capabilities, as the role requires engagement with stakeholders through digital channels.
