Job Overview

Clover is offering a Customer Service Centre Vacation Work Programme for unemployed young people. The programme runs from December 2026 to January 2027, providing practical experience in call centre operations, customer service and query resolution.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
• Matric completed between 2021 and 2025.
• Minimum 55% average in English and Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy.
• Advanced computer literacy.
• Must be unemployed.
• Must not have participated in a learnership programme before.
