Job Overview

Eskom Distribution Division is inviting applications for its Electrical Artisan Training Programme within the Maintenance and Operations Department.

The programme offers successful candidates an opportunity to receive practical workplace experience and institutional training in the electrical discipline.

The training programme runs for three years, during which candidates will develop technical skills and work towards obtaining a recognised Trade Test Certificate.

The positions are available within the GEMMA Cluster at the following locations:

• Colesberg CNC
• Carnarvon CNC
• De Aar CNC
• Petrusville CNC
• Kimberley PPM

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet at least one of the following qualification requirements:

• N3 Electrical Engineering with a minimum of four subjects.
• Grade 12 with Mathematics (50%), Physical Science (50%) and English (40%), together with N2 Electrical.
• Technical Grade 12 with Electrical Engineering subjects.
