AFGRI is hiring two Technicians in Brits, North West. This is a permanent, skilled position for suitably qualified technicians with experience in the repair and maintenance of tractors and agricultural equipment.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • N2 Qualified Technician qualification
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience, including apprenticeship training
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Good knowledge of repairing and maintaining tractors and agricultural equipment
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Strong time-management and time-keeping abilities

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Repairing and maintaining tractors and related agricultural equipment
  • Performing equipment servicing and maintenance
  • Building and maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Resolving customer queries and complaints within the required turnaround time
  • Updating job cards accurately
  • Maintaining a safe working environment
  • Using protective equipment as prescribed
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
