AFGRI Equipment is hiring a Workshop Clerk to join its team in Marble Hall, Limpopo. This is a permanent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who can provide effective administrative support within a workshop environment.

The successful candidate will assist with workshop administration, job cards, invoicing, vendor orders, banking duties, risk-file administration and customer communication.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • Grade 12
  • At least 6 months’ relevant work experience
  • Basic knowledge of workshop administration
  • Computer literacy, including MS Office
  • Understanding of parts and maintenance items that need to be ordered
  • Fluency in English and Afrikaans

The Workshop Clerk will be responsible for:

  • Creating job cards.
  • Preparing pro-forma invoices for job cards.
  • Creating external vendor orders on job cards.
  • Depositing daily banking.
  • Ensuring the GMR risk file is up to date and all required forms are signed.
  • Maintaining good relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Responding to and resolving client queries promptly.
  • Supporting the effective administration and communication of workshop activities.
